I build scalable, production systems across both frontend and backend. I’ve developed shared design system components used across 13+ teams, built serverless APIs on AWS, and led multi-brand API migrations using progressive rollout strategies to ensure zero customer disruption. I also implemented observability and monitoring across critical flows, improving incident detection and site reliability.

Designed and developed a full-stack generative AI chatbot using React and AWS, designed to support multi-session conversations at scale. I developed a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline in Python that ingests and indexes knowledge from platforms like Confluence and SharePoint, enabling accurate, context-aware responses for over 150 users.

I revamped the frontend of a core customer-facing product using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, increasing conversions by 10% and making the codebase more maintainable. I also collaborated closely with designers to deliver new features and improve UX, reducing production issues and creating a smoother user experience.
